Dr. Tamara N. Fuller-Eddins joined Colorado Springs Obstetrics and Gynecology in November 2008. She received her B.A. degree from Hampton University with a double major in biology and music. She attended and graduated from Boston University School of Medicine in 1998 on a full Armed Services Health Professions Scholarship. She was commisioned in the United States Navy in June of 1996. After completing her internship at Tripler Army Medical Center in Honolulu, Hawaii on the island of Ohau, she was forward deployed to the Arabian Gulf. Dr. Fuller-Eddins was assigned to the USS John C. Stennis CVN-74. After completing the Milineium Cruise of 2000, she returned to Naval Medical Center San Diego where she completed her residencey in Obstetrics and Gynecology in 2005. During her chief year of residency, she served as Academic Chief and was voted Number One Resident during her chief year. Dr. Fuller-Eddins completed her active duty service at Naval Medical Center Lemoore, in Lemoore, California in October 2008 where she was named ” Best OB/GYN in the United States Navy” for 2008. Dr. Fuller-Eddins loves the outdoors and running. She belives we should always put the patient first and care for them in a personal and professional manner. Dr. Fuller-Eddins is married to Dr. Paul E. Eddins who is a Family Practice physician in the Colorado Springs area.
