Our office participates with many different insurance companies. Due to the ever changing insurance plans, policies and laws, we kindly ask you to please contact your insurance company to see if we are a contracted provider. We will bill your claims to plans who are in network with our office. Please notify us if there is an insurance plan change, coverage change or insurance loss so we can properly bill your claims in a timely manner.
We offer discounts to patients who are self-pay with no insurance coverage. All self-pay patients are required to pay at the time of service before services are rendered for a discount to be applied. Pregnant patients who are self-pay will have a financial meeting with our business office to discuss costs and fees for the pregnancy.
Co-payments are due at the time of service. Appointments may be rescheduled if co-pays are not paid as this is a requirement of your insurance plan. Balances may be paid in the office, by phone or through the mail. We accept the following at our office:
Personal Checks written for the exact amount
Maternity Benefits Meeting
As a courtesy, all patients who are pregnant that have insurance will have a maternity benefits meeting. It allows our office to discuss with you the benefits of your plan regarding maternity care and delivery, cost factors and fees, billing procedures and payment options. This assists you in preparing for your new addition and is a requirement of our office.
Our office pre-collects from patients anticipated fees in advance for certain services such as surgeries, procedures and OB care. Please call our business office to discuss further information regarding pre-payments.
